By accessing or using QAI ("the Service"), operated by QAI ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
QAI is a software-as-a-service platform that analyzes CI/CD test results, identifies failure patterns, and generates AI-powered insights for software development teams.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through Paddle. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
New accounts receive a 7-day Pro trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you subscribe.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service; (b) use the Service to store or transmit malicious code; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the Service; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the Service.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, and content created by us, is owned by QAI and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Upon termination, your access to paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
