We want you to be satisfied with QAI. This policy explains when refunds are available.
All new accounts receive a 7-day Pro trial at no cost. We encourage you to evaluate the Service during this period before subscribing.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we will issue a full refund if you request one within 7 days of your initial subscription payment and have not made significant use of paid features.
To request a refund, email [email protected] within 7 days of your charge with the subject line "Refund Request" and your account email address.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal (Account → Manage billing). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until that date. No partial-period refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
We may issue refunds at our discretion in cases of extended service outages or exceptional circumstances. Contact us at [email protected] to discuss your situation.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method via Paddle.
